I have not seen any announcements from WKT that confirm the finer details of the SBLC or have i missed something, The relevant details would include what you mentioned being the default events under which the LC can be drawn on, tenor, financing costs, issuing bank limitations etc etc. Without this its hard to understand which financier is actually taking the risk and thus the probability of the CDRB funding closing.
