In your post above, you wrote.

I will make 2 points to you, my response in brackets.
No.1 - WKT expected to start dry commissioning. (Can you read the word Expected, No where does it say they will).
No.2 - According to your time line chart above, (Dry Commissioning, can still start in the month of July, as it is only 10 days old).
For your own sake, please stop and making mis-leading statements.
