HotCopper allows allows companies to have a verified representative account. If companies are so concerned about misinformation on the forum perhaps they should consider taking advantage of this option.
I find it interesting that holders of stocks tend to only take issue with alleged falsehoods when it doesn't benefit and suit their agenda.
