Hi Sirrobbo,
Wilma explained this to you yesterday,
WKT has been offered a conditional "term sheet' where WKT is required to address a number of conditions precedent. Not all conditions precedent have been announced, WKT has only announced what they consider the major Conditions.
Something for you to think about.
To secure a home loan from CRDB you will pay 17% interest. The Tanzania Government bonds pay 16% interest. I am surprised that CRDB is willing to fund a high-risk Graphite project and only charges an 8% interest rate. Doesn't that sound too good to be true.
I guess we will find out soon enough if WKT does meet all the conditions precedent required to obtain bank funding.
BTW, can you help Blitz out on the offtake front, I know your other Graphite stock has completed significant testwork to obtain its offtake partners and investors, can you explain the process to him about how difficult it is to secure binding offtake agreements, which is one of WKT's requirements for the loan.
@Croc-file That's a good one, Allan is very creative.
