So are our Offtake Agreements a condition precedent or a condition subsequent @spid81. LOL. The fact that they are a Condition Subsequent shows the confidence our Debt provider has in our project after reading all the sensitive data that you have never been privy to. LOL.
Why is a Condition Subsequent such an advantage for WKT holders investment? With rapidly rising large flake graphite prices, this means we get to lock in future contracts at a later date and at a higher price than now. LOL. Can someone dumb that down for spid please. He doesn't even know the difference between a CP and CS. LMAO. DYOR.
