If you knew anything about raising capital you would know about time constraints and expenses involved in conducting rights issues etc. Do some research.
Lindian has always selected the path of placements and using brokers to find investors. Did you not know that?

Most complaints have been about the discount offered. Read the posts from the downrampers who still hold but complain about management.
