This was a private placement which only 2 investors participated at a premium (no brokers).
Not a CR which the odd holder were suggesting i.e a huge funding deal!!
That will be coming after all the results - Assays, Mets and JORC statements are released.
A good portion of this money will be deployed to commence acquisition of key equipment and long lead time items for the Stage 1 concentrate processing plant. That was not initially in the plan, but i am happy they are getting this done ASAP, and it shows how serious they are.
