"not nearly enough money believes them", agree on that, its disappointing that the rise in SP hasnt come yet; but i am not concerned at the moment as i think its only a matter of time; However if they are still 23c even 3 months from now- i would definitely share some of your concerns. Lets see how it unfolds; too early to judge
