"Under the terms of settlement, the parties to the existing legal proceedings in the Malawi Supreme Court of Appeal have agreed to discontinue those proceedings in exchange for Lindian being provided with a 60 day exclusivity period1 within which to seek to negotiate the terms of a legally-binding transaction whereby Lindian can acquire a 100% interest in Rift Valley Resource Developments Limited (Rift Valley) and its Kangankunde Rare Earths Project (Proposed Transaction)."
Pressure to get a deal done in 60 days...if so, happy days.
