I don't understand all those saying that we need to keep China out of rare earth assets generally speaking. Currently, most of the mining of rare earths is done in China. An increasing amount % starting at ~90% is done in China - separation, then refining, then the magnet industry (which is the biggest segment of rare earths usage)
If you don't sell to China, who do you sell to?
