I hear what you are saying and you may be right. It is a little disappointing as it does indicate which direction this is all going in. They've been saying all along there is a lot of ex china interest.
all sounds quite familiar to PEK. was really hoping we'd see a strategic partnership with the US or lynas or Iluka.
