The CTO looks to have a good background in the TV space, a few interesting roles.
The CEO looks more an operations and sales background than a CEO. But assuming he will be active in those areas. He moves around a fair bit (unlike CR), so I guess he will try and ramp this into an income generating beast and then push off (i am fine with that!).
