I don't know how much R&D the product needs, but I'd like to see them gut the costs, hire a pack of wolves to hard sell the solution around the globe and reward them generously on ARR.
On the surface it appears James has his fingerprints on every deal. That isn't scalable, get hunters out there pounding the pavement
