Ann: Linius Raises $1.155 Million, page-37

Check the top 20 holders published in last week's Annual Report.

It's quite up to date as we can tell from the 2.3 billion shares on issue.



Even excluding the 66 million issued the other day, Bergen should be top of the hill/king of the heap but where are they?

There has been some accumulation, however, from other top 20 holders & few new entrants if we compare from 12 months ago.



Notably Director McGovern & Consultant Gavin don't think it's cheap at 0.5 and passed on the last raise.

Smart move so far.

Still, if they're not going to support the company in its hour of need and continue to bleed the company of money (assuming Gav is still drawing consultancy fees at both DUB & LNU), they're sending a signal to the market ~ Richo style.

Equally, the company have continued to allow Bergen to cause share price destruction instead of paying them out in cash and give the share price a chance to gain positive traction to raise at less dilutionary levels.

It hasn't and this contradicts the company's messaging that Linius is at the inflection point because if it were all insiders & directors would be loading up and guarding the shares on issue.

Unless the share price & Bergen are here for another reason.

Let's not forget the American director, John Wallace, an industry heavyweight joined the board at pretty much the peak of the last big spike ~ 6.5 cents.
