maybe the raise gives a bit more certainty. the news last week was good but doesn't mean much if they can't keep the doors open. this raise doesn't give them a lot of breathing space but at least gets them into the new year with the hope of more goods news landing in the mean time. just creates a little bit of blue sky which we haven't seen for a long time...
