So close to 20% going to the BOD, plus I'm informed it was written on the placement term sheet management (non-BOD) would be participating.

It's strange to see them use the language "comfortably delivers time":



What I'm personally looking for now is on market support for this raise at 0.3; a line in the sand & a change in behavior.

We've seen in the last 2 raises there was little on market support at the raise price.

Whether investors hold their nerve this time remains to be seen, however based on the past 2 weeks, I'm confident JB will deliver another deal (or more) by Christmas.

He just comes across as a leader who walks the talk.

Now who is that whale?
