that is right up their alley, consolidate, cap raise, all the same and detrimental to shareholders. I cannot name 1 single company that has gone up after a consolidation. It’s all the shitbag stocks that do it and then continue to keep falling again, wiping old shareholders out and they just keep cap raising again and again till it’s back at the original price. Water off a ducks back, no sleep lost.
And yes looks like once again insiders wait till the buy has built to sell into an upcoming raise.
