It appears to me that theyalready professionally record events and distribute them to their clients (perhaps clubs and TV and youtube)
Their ENGINE does something but apparently not all.
They apparently need LVS to search and maybe edit and meta tag, so that their catalog can be searched.
Whizzard is involved and Blockchain quite possibly because it is due for release by end of June.
