I asked about this last year when the Hemisphere website disappeared, and was told that the staff member whose responsibility it was had died from COVID-19 and had unfortunately not documented the access details to the domain registrar and server that the site was on etc, so they had to put up an interim page whilst trying to get access. Maybe that's still the case, I don't know, but it is certainly nothing to do with solvency.
I asked about this last year when the Hemisphere website...
