    I'm with you these are the people that:
    - did not recommend a takeover by D&D for $5.5 or $4.87 per share but recommended a $4.57 per share offer
    - continued to incur legal costs trying to get the deal across when it was clear it was not going to happen
    - are more focused on free "performance" bonus shares
    - out of ideas and now trying to sell the company piece by piece
