Agree - this company had great potential but due to incompetent management it has been useless.

If the management had been a bit more focused on shareholder value then it would have been worth to fight for the company but seeing as they are just concerned about lining their pockets it's probably not worth fighting over.

At least I am glad they gave shareholders their share of PXA (over a year later but better late than never).

I will be voting against, would like a 3 in front of the price - don't want to sell cheap but won't be shedding tears if it sells for $2.26 - not worth all the trouble of holding it. It's certainly not an Origin.
