    If one take into account another profit upgrade
    in April 2024 and CBus renews contract by March, LNK will easily be trading at $2 or more.
    So the takeover offer price of $2.10 is practically
    nil premium! The 16 cents extra dividend is not material since LNK will be paying dividend
    anyway.

    Also, the ASX will be up farther by June 2024
