    re: Ann: LinQ Announces 2009 Estimated Distri... They used to have to distribute all income and (I think) therfore pay no tax in the fund.

    Now they pay 30% tax in the fund on gains. Distributions are at Directors discretion and can now be unfranked or franked depending how many tax credits they have.
