Would be glad if you could spell out your concerns/thoughts. I guess your concern is with this:

In addition, the Fund has re-financed the balance of its loan to Continental into a convertible loan facility at a conversion price representing a discounted VWAP following the recent capital raising by Continental, thereby providing further upside for the Fund.

Facts which I don't know:
a). What is the value of the loan balance converted into a convertible facility?
b). What is the share price at which the loan is to be converted?

Can't seem to find any announcement with the terms of the loan facility between Conti and LinQ. Can anyone point me to these details?
