re: Ann: LinQ Resources Fund - Panel Receives... IMC and LinQ both have directors on the board of Millennium so all very cosey. IMC get increased stakes in Atlas and Millennium for nicks and the LinQ directors get a golden parachute for selling out shareholders at 25% below the company's net assets after years of woeful performance.
Is there a limit on how many times they can extend as it seems very unlikely they will even get to 50% without raising the bid to a realistic price.
