I don't think finance is a big issue with revenue coming through, however how much money does CNEML have and are they prepared to keep financing? Also, will this slow down development now due to uncertainty regarding final percentage ownership of the PSC's.
This announcement has just put a big spanner in the works again. SEH has a habit of giving us a tidbit of good news with 2-3 pieces of crap news. SEH management were very brave putting this announcement out the day before the AGM.
