well that process has been a very long one - and it shows in the commentary - that any western Co needs to show it is progressing the projects forward in indonesia - or there will be consequences - Indonesia re Nickel - demonstrate unlike the big quarry neightbour australia that it really does mean to make sure the minerals are to the benefit of thier country - where as we send out Gov $$ as grants for "innovative exploration" to keep a congo line of piss poor Cos that will find nothing and their directors in gravy.
