Not happy but what can one do? Recently the share price has been around C$0.50 and today is C$0.33. So raising capital at C$0.37 is not too bad, but I believe that they got a bargain in any case. I hope they use the C$12m usefully.
I am now in a position to buy or sell as I've transferred my holdings to a broker that deals with TSX shares.
