    Pibroch et al . . from what I can see, there is a significant amount of technical information not on the table.

    I always had the suspicion that metallurgical issues related to fresh ore may have been one of them.

    If this was the case, then significant capital investment would be required, and the current global resources may not actually be enough to justify it.

    In any case, despite getting the plant up and running, it has only been recently that SBL have announced feasibility studies for their inground resources.

    I find this bizzare and a little suspicious. Why invest in $Xm to restart a mill, on limited surface stockpiles, not knowing the future economics of the in-ground resources?

    No mining company I know of would do such a thing, an internal investment committee wouldnt finance it, nor would the banks for that matter.
