The company may have decided to defer final negotiations for the 3rd offtake until theTesla agreement is out of the way. This probably keeps negotiations less complicated, particularly if potential offtake partners are sharing information around the negotiations with us. I understand they are be fiercly competitive but many also have business relationships with each other and it serves their purpose to get the best deal out of us. So dealing formerly with more than one at a time may get complicated.

Can you imagine the interest we will have for the 3rd and, most likely, last offtake! Change of government would only support the case for any European partner, given Europe's stringent ESG guidelines. Can't wait to see who it will be. Maybe in will be Japan.

Things will move fast next month. Must be nearing results of extension drilling at KV. FID as well.

All this to keep us engaged on our journey to production. The two major things for mine are (1) delivering the project on time and (2) lithium price at time of production. If we tick these two boxes, winner, winner, chicken dinner imo. At that time we will have to be re-rated with PLS as our benchmark. The odds are very good I think.
