Of course this agreement (like any other binding agreement) is conditional on the basis of the production facility actually being up and operational with product to sell - otherwise, there will be no point in a contract at all in either party continuing. There are usually other 'conditions' applying also, including 'force de majeure'. Suggest its safer for recent non-holding newcomers to LTR threads to maybe avoid their perceived risk and continue being a non-holders.
