help me understand the demerger / ipo result to us shareholders...
for example, if we have 100 LTR shares, what happens?
do we forfeit ltr shares?
are they purchased from us?
the ipo shares are we offered shares to purchase?
this is new to me, trying to grasp what transactions could happen.
