For the curious ones; google "EPISODE 21: EXAMINING ZERO EMISSIONS" It can be found in the article at SwRI (Southwest Research Institute). The article (& data) dated back to 2020 and i'm assuming there should be some slight understanding by the masses when it comes to the need to reduce Co2 emission at all stages of the life of an EV (materials sourcing, manufacturing, usage, etc).

How is EV based on a false narrative?

Oil is a commodity that gets used (burned) and require constant replenishment = more drilling & pumping of oil, & more emissions destroying the very home we have.
Lithium doesn't gets burned and for the most part; stays in the battery for the life of the battery pack (this could be more than 15+ years) until it either find its way to a second life as a stationary storageor recycled for reuse (i.e. stationary, storage, car, motorcycle, scooter, etc).

In short, Lithium remains in the economy indefinitely (circular economy).

I'll just say Personal consumption expenditures includes services, durable goods and non-durable goods... saying it is durable goods is kinda misleading, no?

Is your industry insider perhaps... Graham Stephan?
