Spodumene ore 1.2% to 1.5% currently selling on market for an average US$297.50/tonne (recent trading range is $265-$330). The announcement says "greater than 1%" so we cannot be sure our product fits into this band. On the assumption it does fit then 250k tonnes @ US297.50/t = revenue of US$74M/AUD115. 300k tonnes = US$90m/AUD135M.
Lets settle on expected DSO gross revenue is AUD$115M to $135M.
Doesn't plug the funding shortfall noting there are now early payments to Qube for logistics and Axis for crushing/screening/sorting.
I remember early announcements about DSO potentiatial were around a million tonnes and that was an assumption that perhaps additional funding would not be required.
Further announcement to be expected regarding hopefully a new or extended loan facility with the least palatable for LT holders being a CR.
