To extricate KV out from under LTR the price would obviously have to compensate for future earnings. So if its value is between $10B -$12.5B now the price to cover off on where its going, its inbuilt Horsepower, geez.....possibly $15B-$20B to buy it outright, NOW.

Ok, scoff at that maybe........but.....remember...people scoffed at the $5 value 18 months ago. As i have said all the way through, you cannot value this only on normal business metrics. This is NOT your standard scenario.
