WARNING; you just triggered fanciful thinking.
What if, a consortium could gather with an agreement to 1) build a mine 2) mine the ore 3) build a process plant 4) process the ore 5) produce the product and maybe even 6) build the battery skateboard (possibly to order), all in Oz.
I know that would be a task greater than herding cats, but just what if....
