There is no harm in disclosing it now since we got an unsolicited offer of $2.50, so there is nothing wrong in providing to the markets the previous bids from Albermarle. TG & TO are being proactive and staying one step ahead of the markets. If they didn’t disclose the unsolicited offer to the markets then no doubt the likes of AFR would have got wind of it and published the story, and then we wouldn’t want a “please explain” from ASX! This was a great move by the board to pick their timing on to disclose this to the markets! Well done to LTR board/management!!!
