    Hi guys.

First of all I must say this is a shameless low ball offer.

So me, my family and anyone associated with me are not selling anything. (I am not giving any advice for not to sell. This is only my opinion
    )

They can't get my shares at this much cheap level.

The value of LTR shares for today is no less than $5 IMO.
    That implies to $11b mcap.

    I am saying "for today"..
If you ask it next year when we are starting the production it will not be any less than $7 or $15b mcap.

We can easily calculate these from the financial metrics of the projects.
Very simply 600kt of spod concentrate at $4000/t makes $2.4b revenue.
The cost of that is; say $500/t and $300m for 600kt.

    The profit is $2.1b

EPS is nearly $1 per share. (EPS: Earning Per Share)

The industry P/E ratio factor is 15. (Price/Earnings)

    Then the stock price is being $1 x 15 = $15.

$15 stock price is normal for LTR when it starts production.

If today I'd be happy to get $5.

What is $2.5 then? Half of $5 !!!

The project is going on successfully and no need for anything.

IT'S OBVIOUS THAT THE SHORTERS AND THE TAKEOVER OFFER ARE THE SAME SIDE PLAYERS.

Don't think that the shorters are burning out now.
No. They were happily shorting LTR for long time.
They knew that they'd make a big loss but that loss was nothing for what they were aiming to do.

I wrote this on my posts before.

Here it is. It was very simple to see for me.

I am also thinking that the shorting in LTR is not about plain shorting but it's about capping.

    Why the capping?

Someone wants the build a stake in LTR or/and wants to make a low ball offer.

I told that on one of my previous posts. Here is one below; Post #:63665675

How do we know the shorters are losing money but still shorting.

I knew (sensing and observing) that before as I told my above old post.

I can also see it from what they did just recently.

They shorted LTR by 11m shares just in one day on Oct.28.

See the short report of Friday Oct 28 (gives the shorts for previous day) and the short report of Monday Oct.31. (Oct. 28 and 30 were weekend days)

The shorts increased nearly 11m in one day, from 70.3m to 81m.

Why would you short a company so aggressively (if not stupidly) when it is certain that it will definitely double its mcap in at least 4-6 months as it gets closer to the production of a product which is most in demand in the world.

If we leave aside that idea of those shorters are stupid then they have a goal.

You can read my old post above for more of my detailed thoughts on this topic.

The key point is if we do not sell anything now or to a low ball offer,
    then we will win big.

Let's hold tight,.. wait and see.
