Hmmnnn ... sounds reasonable about announcing confidential TO bids publically. But if the $2.20 bid in Oct had been announced (when the SP was then $1.56), might that have set a higher base much sooner, and maybe even cooked the shorters back in October, and maybe even saved a few retail holders some pain & losses at GS expense? I think it should have been revealed, especially in the light of the obvious manipulation and reporting going on at the time. Seems the board noticed the negativity also. Anyway, lets see where this goes now & in future!
