Seems some here are very touchy about the undisclosed offer previously given to LTR. My guess is insiders defending their decision and protecting directors who have traded in these shares during the offer/acceptance period without disclosure to the market. Very very interesting. One call to ASIC and APRA should flush the insiders out. Calling me a "dumb arse" for pointing this out is quite interesting.
