I went researching to my own question about why they didn't disclose the previous offers and it appears because it is a non-binding indicative proposal as opposed to a takeover offer, am I correct?
BTW nice purchase by Tim Goyder for $1.49 in Feb right in between offers of $2.30 and $2.35, 70% gain in 6 weeks...
