Yeah, I'm ok with that, was chasing capital for another adventure and today really landed in my lap at perfect time. Did I pick the peak - no - will LTR go up some more in the next few days - probably. Will it come down before they start commissioning and all the good news announcements start coming out - probably. So I think I have a pretty big window between now and say September to get back in. If I decided wrong and the price doesn't come down to a nice buy-in point I'm still happy with that too as I made a tidy profit today and I'm hoping this next adventure pays just as well. Really can't go wrong with LTR at the moment and good luck to all.
