Well done LTR holders...if you cashed in...it's a bit of a coincidence that LTR has been shorted for the last couple of months then just before this announcement both GS and SS becomes substantial holders (22nd and 23rd Mar respectively)...insider knowledge?
Now, everyone knows that a $2.50 offer will be rejected but will catapult the SP to this mark...the market has been hanging out for such news...I wonder who would provide the funds for Albermarle...GS/JPM?
So did GS and SS just made a sizeable profit?...even Albermarle through RT Lithium has made a sizeable profit from just making this BS offer...if this was planned no one would believe it...interesting how the SP will play out in the next month...I hold only a small parcel so I might as well just stay in the party
