I get the general jist of it. I’m also a big fan of tall poppies, particularly in the lithium sector (because I’m heavily invested and a rising tide tends to lift all boats).
im just pointing out that the previous unsolicited proposals or whatever you want to call them, were clearly material, they were clearly significant and if the market had known about them, it clearly would have moved the market.
So the question is, should a director trade a stock while in possession of info that the market is not aware of?
