Yes everyone has their price. Prices above I'd be a millionaire. But I also hold PLS and know we're looking at dividends of 20cents once the cash is flowing in. However BOD has done the right thing to reject the offer and only to come to shareholder if there is a good offer.
TG holds 15% and so has probably the biggest say. Both he and TG knew these offers would come in. Haven't been helped by GS and Credit Suisse forecasting weak demand. If an well considered offer comes in they think is reasonable, they will hand it to the shareholders to decide.
We can agree the current offer is well below what any shareholder would consider reasonable.
