no doubt that this is a happy ending for everyone here except the shorter
but is it really fair for the holders? or maybe some ex-holders? especially those who sold last few weeks due to the macro issue?
if we take some time to look at the price movement, esp. on 3/3/2023 that is the date they received the 2nd offer proposal.
possible insider trading? also note the volume on that day is much higher comparing to past 3-4 weeks.
