this problem statement isn't unique to LTR.
that said you like ALB seem to be undervaluing the value of the resource.
fact is LTR is going to be a cash cow and looking forward to those dividends once we are in production. TG and TO and BOD are aligned with what the majority of shareholders want. best ALB looks elsewhere as they are just going to embarrass themselves
