ALB obviously keen. Most analysts rate the current SP as between $2.30 to $3.30. Talk of $12 offers is just so outside the valuation it is laughable! If $3 was offered and put to a shareholder vote i think it would go through. ALB could always walk away if the demand is too high and if they give up what do they do with the 4% of shares they own, dump them? I wonder what price our shares will be worth then, $12 - don't think so. Lets be realistic, I want the highest price possible and I bought in about a year ago (owned PLS since 20c ipo) and i do not want to sell at present but if we do get into a bidding war and we achieve a SP of say $3.50 or more, for no risk easy money, I will vote yes.
