    "offtake term sheet" will transition to "offtake agreement" on 31 March 2022 or once the "offtake term sheet" is terminated at an earlier date to move straight onto the "offtake agreement". The word terminating sounds scary but its just the wording for a temporary agreement ceasing after DD for both parties going onto a long term agreement
