OLY have no control over this project, It's in the hands of LTR.
It appears that LTR are the ones who have held up sampling for whatever reason (weather , personel issues, who knows) and is likely the reason why OLY had to report "results should come through in the September qtr"
Yes we should have had the results by now if everything was on schedule. But be clear that LTR are in full control of this exercise not OLY.
Oly will simply be the messenger once LTR release the results to them.
This is my understanding reading into the anns, IMO.
